Kaizen - meaning  to improve,

change for better

Kaizen is a key term in improving oneself and an entity that helps in sustaining quality in whatever we do. 

Kaizen is about decreasing waste by continously eliminating overproduction, improving quality, being more efficient, having less idle time, and reducing unnecessary activities.
